Contract manufacturing tailored to your exact mechanical CAD drawings. Produced using CRCA, Galvanized Iron (GI), or Mild Steel (MS) with complete mechanical punching, bending, and automated electrostatic powder coating.
Sheet Thickness Options: 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.6 mm, up to 2.0 mm heavy gauge.
Finishing Options: 7-tank chemical pre-treatment followed by Epoxy / Pure Polyester Powder Coating (RAL 7032, RAL 7035, Siemens Grey).
Gasket Sealing: High-density EPDM/neoprene foam gaskets for superior environmental resistance.
